We want to provide our customers with the widest possible range of manufacturing options in the field of thermoplastics. Each technology or processing size is redundantly available to ensure the highest possible security of supply.
With our modern equipment we mill, turn, process, finish or develop technical plastic parts according to customer specifications (drawings, CAD data, etc.). Both for standard orders in all sizes and for new developments in cooperation with you as a customer, our machinery offers the very best conditions. The largest milling center has a travel of 3000 x 1500 mm and on our largest turning center we can machine chuck parts up to 1450 mm in diameter.
The technology we ultimately use depends on the particular order and the requirements placed on a technical plastic part. We ensure the consistently high quality in every case via our internal quality control. All products that leave our factory are subjected to final acceptance testing under laboratory conditions using the latest measuring systems.
