PVC hard (polyvinyl chloride)

Polyvinyl chloride – hard is an amorphous thermoplastic with a great hardness and rigidity (does not contain plasticizers). PVC is classified as having normal impact strength, but its toughness values are on the borderline of classification as having increased impact strength (DIN 16 927). PVC thus offers a high degree of safety in the structural design of components.
