Quality management: DIN ISO 9001
In order to be able to guarantee a consistently high level of quality, we have been certified in accordance with the DIN ISO 9001 quality management system since 1995. In order to maintain this high standard, we regularly put all our processes to the test, from application consulting to the design, processing and distribution of technical plastic finished parts and semi-finished products.
Qualified specialists, structured and documented processes and a smooth flow of documents and materials ensure consistently high product quality. The annual monitoring audits and the recertifications every three years are both an incentive and confirmation for the TEPLAST team.

Modern control station and lean production
The entire TEPLAST workflow is computerized. All orders and work steps are digitally recorded and logged. This ensures precise allocation and traceability at all times. With the help of a modern control station, the production sequence is optimized and on-time delivery is monitored and guaranteed.
With lean production, which we apply, we have also significantly accelerated and optimized our processes beyond this: Waste of all kinds is reduced to a minimum at our company. This not only benefits the environment, but also our customers.
EU Regulation 10/2011: Safe parts for highly sensitive areas in food processing
We also prepared ourselves at an early stage for the requirements imposed by EU Regulation 10/2011: All TEPLAST parts marked with the company’s own FG suffix have been considered from the point of view of the material and within the framework of the complete manufacturing process (GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice), so that they may also be used in food processing under the requirements of the EU standard. For each position you will receive a comprehensive certificate from us.
