Prefabrication – Finishing

It goes without saying that our parts are delivered to the customer perfectly deburred, chip-free and clean. But the demands on surface, look and feel are constantly increasing. We are constantly trying to meet this trend and also want to be pioneers.

The realization of a good surface starts with the material, runs through the entire production chain and only concludes at shipping. Besides almost all possibilities of deburring and cleaning, we can also polish most plastics in case of special requirements. Here we are helped by our experience in the production of crystal-clear plastics. Depending on the material, component and contour, we achieve surface finishes up to an Ra value < 0.1. However, this process is very time-consuming and is only recommended for very special applications.
