PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)

Polytetrafluoroethylene is a highly crystalline thermoplastic with excellent sliding properties, anti-adhesive surface, best insulation properties, very good chemical resistance and an extremely wide range of applications. However, PTFE has only low mechanical strengths and also has a high density.
