Laser marking
With the help of our marking laser, we can mark all laser-markable plastics. Even the smallest numbers or letters, consecutive numbers, batches, logos, barcodes or QR codes can be easily marked on the plastic part. The laser creates a color change in the material. Thus, the laser engraving is permanently recognizable. Another advantage is that no material is removed or applied, which is an important benefit for cleaning components, especially in medical and food technology.
Thus, with the help of the laser, the specifications regarding traceability and batch identification can also be implemented easily and reliably.
Hot stamping
In hot stamping, a plastic film is welded onto the plastic part. A great advantage of this process is the color variety of the marking. The embossing is food grade and durable under most environmental conditions.
