Parti\u00adcu\u00adlarly in the case of single pieces or small series, this results in considera\u00adble advan\u00adta\u00adges for our custo\u00admers, not only in terms of&nbsp;costs.<\/p>\n<h2>SLS laser sintering<\/h2>\n<p>In this process, plas\u00adtic or metal powder is fused in thin layers with a&nbsp;laser. The work\u00adpiece is crea\u00adted layer by layer in a&nbsp;powder bath in which even compli\u00adca\u00adted work\u00adpie\u00adces with exten\u00adsive and other\u00adwise diffi\u00adcult-to-build inter\u00adnal geome\u00adtries are realized.<\/p>\n<p>This process is parti\u00adcu\u00adlarly suita\u00adble for complex compon\u00adents that would other\u00adwise have to be assem\u00adbled from seve\u00adral compon\u00adents at great expense. Strengths are high and produc\u00adtion times are short. Due to the direct control of the machi\u00adnes from the design data, not only proto\u00adty\u00adpes but also medium-sized series can be produ\u00adced quickly and economically.<\/p>\n<h3>Laser sinte\u00adring (SLS) is used not only to produce proto\u00adty\u00adpes and models<\/h3>\n<p>Laser sinte\u00adring was initi\u00adally used to create proto\u00adty\u00adpes and models. Today, parts are produ\u00adced in small and medium series as part of e-manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adring or rapid manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adring. It is used where parts are needed quickly and flexibly.<\/p>\n<p>We achieve accu\u00adra\u00adcies defi\u00adned in the ISO&nbsp;2768 stan\u00addard with the laser-sinte\u00adring process. Please ask for the exact toller\u00adance class (m to sg) on a&nbsp;compo\u00adnent-speci\u00adfic&nbsp;basis.<\/p>\n<p>The working spaces of our machi\u00adnes allow to build work\u00adpie\u00adces up to a&nbsp;volume of 700 x&nbsp;380 x&nbsp;580\u202fmm. Larger parts are usually reali\u00adzed in seve\u00adral&nbsp;parts.<\/p>\n<h3>By default, we use the follo\u00adwing plas\u00adtics in laser-sintering:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Poly\u00adamide PA 12 (also filled with glass, alumi\u00adnum, carbon)<\/li>\n<li>Poly\u00adamide PA&nbsp;11<\/li>\n<li>PEEK<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other mate\u00adri\u00adals we can arrange individually.<\/p>\n<p>In addi\u00adtion to untrea\u00adted parts, we can supply compon\u00adents in slide-ground, infil\u00adtra\u00adted, powder-coated (in RAL colors) or metal\u00adli\u00adzed finishes.<\/p>\n<h2>3D Prin\u00adting \/ FDM Process<\/h2>\n<p>This is the simp\u00adlest gene\u00adra\u00adtive manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adring process. Directly from the data drawing or 3D data, a&nbsp;print head is used to build up a&nbsp;work\u00adpiece in layers in a&nbsp;three-dimen\u00adsio\u00adnal plane. The print head can be thought of as a&nbsp;kind of hot glue&nbsp;gun.<\/p>\n<h3>Proto\u00adty\u00adp\u00ading &amp;&nbsp;model making at the highest level<\/h3>\n<p>This tech\u00adno\u00adlogy can be used to produce indi\u00advi\u00addual work\u00adpie\u00adces with simple geome\u00adtry and low load requirements.<\/p>\n<h3>Prin\u00adta\u00adble 3D models accor\u00adding to your templates<\/h3>\n<p>From your 3D data we produce small series, models as well as presen\u00adta\u00adtion and func\u00adtional models in best quality, relia\u00adbly, cost-effi\u00adci\u00adently and on sche\u00addule and of course also in&nbsp;color.<\/p>\n<p>For this we use the most modern 3D prin\u00adters! This means that a&nbsp;wide range of 3D prin\u00adting tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies is available to you as a&nbsp;custo\u00admer.
