Sustaina\u00adbi\u00adlity<\/h1>\n

The respon\u00adsi\u00adble use of natu\u00adral resour\u00adces is an essen\u00adtial part of TEPLAST\u2019s corpo\u00adrate philo\u00adso\u00adphy and is prac\u00adti\u00adced in all areas of the company. We have included rele\u00advant requi\u00adre\u00adments for us in our manage\u00adment system based on ISO 14001.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Recy\u00adcling<\/h2>\n

We do not dispose of plas\u00adtic waste that arises during produc\u00adtion as a result of offcuts or chips from machi\u00adning, etc. They are 100% recy\u00adcled and either regra\u00adnu\u00adla\u00adted and retur\u00adned to the manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer or sent to other indus\u00adtries for further use. <\/p>\n

Energy supply and photovoltaics<\/h2>\n

Elec\u00adtri\u00adcity is used almost exclu\u00adsi\u00advely as an energy source in our produc\u00adtion. We produce green elec\u00adtri\u00adcity with a 140\u202fkW photo\u00advol\u00adtaic system on the roof of our corpo\u00adrate head\u00adquar\u00adters in Ahaus. In addi\u00adtion, we obtain our elec\u00adtri\u00adcity from Stadt\u00adwerke Ahaus, a regio\u00adnal supplier that stands for sustaina\u00adbi\u00adlity and the future-orien\u00adted deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of our region. <\/p>\n

Waste heat<\/h2>\n

We also do not leave the process heat gene\u00adra\u00adted in the TEPLAST produc\u00adtion process unused: We divert the heat through a waste heat system and use it to heat our company buildings. <\/p>\n

Energy consul\u00adting<\/h2>\n

For us, energy consul\u00adting is not a chore, but an important source of support. We regu\u00adlarly have all areas of the company and proces\u00adses put to the energy test by exter\u00adnal experts. In this way, we ensure that we remain energy-effi\u00adci\u00adent in the long term.<\/p>\n<\/div>

LED<\/h2>\n

We conver\u00adted the entire light\u00ading system at TEPLAST to energy-saving LED lamps at an early stage.<\/p>\n<\/div>
